Customer Notice:

1. Maintenance documents must be properly stored, whichever machine Please bring warranty card, purchase receipt; shall be arbitrarily modify the contents of this document if lost or photocopies will not be able to take machine.

(2) maintenance period to the original schedule as the standard, the customer shall not have any objection.

3 To return the original machine repair and maintenance, about five weeks desirable, (holiday delay). Customers in this period have not yet received our phone call,

(4) The receiver only a brief inspection and quotation, as the case may need to find other damage charges will notice quote!

5 The Company will only accept carry-taking machine, do not provide courier and mailing services.

7 Be sure to notify the customer within three months after taking machine, or the Company is entitled to handle this repair machine!

The Company reserves to change the above terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice to the Customer
 
Warranty conditions:
 
1.This warranty is valid for ONE year from the date of purchase and carry-in maintenance service provided in Hong Kong SAR 
(Will not accepted by mail to collect maintence machine)
 
2.The warranty will be treated as void or charges will be made if:
 
Ⅰ.The Purchase invoice or the maintenance card are lost.(The copy will not be accepted)
Ⅱ.The product is physically damaged. The plastic tray inside the hardware is included.
Ⅲ.The product serial number or protect label has been altered, defaced or removed.
Ⅳ.The product is damaged by input of improper voltage, misuse and incorrect installation.
Ⅴ.If the driver firmware version of the product has been altered, upgraded or downgraded.
Ⅵ.Any defective part which has replaced, our company has the right to charges the maintenance cost.
Ⅶ.Maintenance time limit regards progress of factory as the standard, the customer, can't have any objection.
 
3.Maintenance of only the host, not including the mirror , housing, headset, USBcable remote control , charger, etc
 
4.This warranty is valid only for product repair. Replacement or upgrade product is not applicable.
